Hello September!
I have mixed feelings about this transition, and it's a bittersweet goodbye. I cherished my summer spent with my girls and my sister, enjoying almost daily trips to the beach. At the same time, I'm eager for my girls to return to school, allowing me to resume my routine, daily workouts, gym sessions, and the chance to work in peaceful environment for a while. I'm also looking forward to sipping on pumpkin spice lattes and creating autumn outfits, which happen to be my absolute favourite wardrobe choices of all.
The transition from summer to fall brings with it a whole new world of fashion possibilities. While summer dresses are undeniably cute and perfect for those sunny days, there's something incredibly stylish and versatile about embracing layers, boots, trainers, leather, and denim jackets as the weather cools down. Let's dive into why these autumn fashion staples are so great….
Layers, fall is all about layering. Mixing and matching various clothing items not only adds depth and dimension to your outfit but also allows you to adapt to changing temperatures throughout the day. Think about pairing a cozy sweater over a button-up shirt, adding a scarf, or even wearing a turtleneck under a blazer. Layering provides endless possibilities for creating unique and eye-catching looks.
Boots are a quintessential fall fashion statement. Boots are great as they can add a touch of sophistication and edge to any outfit. They can be worn with jeans, dresses, skirts, or even leggings, making them a versatile choice for the all season.
Trainers cause they pair well with almost anything, from jeans to skirts, and they're incredibly comfortable for walking around during the fall season. You can opt for classic white sneakers or experiment with bold colors and patterns to make a statement.
Leather & Denim Jackets are iconic fall outerwear choices. These jackets not only provide warmth but also add a dose of coolness to your outfit. A leather jacket exudes a rebellious and edgy vibe, then a classic denim jacket offers a more casual and timeless look. Both are super versatile enough to complement any style you go for!
I think that beauty of autumn fashion lies in its adaptability and the opportunity to mix and match these elements to create your own unique style.
So, let's list a few of the ones I am most excited about:
Boots
I haven't given in to the chunky Miu Miu knee boots trend yet (maybe I will, but I can't see it for now). However, I have treated myself to the UGG boots I have had my eye on since last year and couldn't find in my size until now…
And I'm really looking forward to wearing them with pants, mini skirts, coats, and blazers—anything!
Mood I will be going for:
Trainers
My favorite trainers from last year were the white Adidas Samba, so this year I've decided to add black ones to my collection. Especially since part of the shoe is made of suede, I always feel that the white ones are too fragile to wear on a rainy day, but that's when it's a good time to wear trainers. Overall, I totally understand the hype for these shoes. They are super light and super versatile—kind of like shoes you can wear with jeans but also a satin skirt. They also look great with invisible socks or chunky socks. And I love versatile pieces, don't we all?
Black Samba styling I love :
Leather jackets & leather coats
Such an autumn statement piece! With trainers, heels, high-heeled boots, chunky boots, and even UGG boots too :) I will wear mine with many maxi voluminous skirts and dresses I got this summer. I also love the combination of leather and wool, so when it gets very cold (which normally doesn't happen here in Mallorca, but more likely during some city break), I will pair it with a chunky wooden sweater or an oversized woolen scarf.
The ones I have my eye on are from Loewe & Acne:
Leather pieces I loved from last winter include the Boda Skins jacket, a leather trench from Source Unknown, and a vegan leather trench from the Polish brand, Bad Icon.
You will definitely see me wearing these a lot in the next few months!
The leather jacket I received in the mail last week, I can't wait to wear, is from the new Boda Skin collection. I think I'll wear it with a satin maxi dress and chunky silver jewellery...
Boda Skins €426
The chunky necklace I will most likely be matching it with:
Zara €15.95
Vanessa Mooney $184

H&M 59,99 €
Zara 49.95 EUR
NAKD 89.95 EUR
Denim Jackets
At the moment, my favorite jacket is the unisex denim jacket from Acne, and it seems you like it too because that question seems to come up frequently in my DMs. However, I am currently searching for a new one. The thing I have learned from the Acne jacket is that from now on, I will definitely only be buying oversized ones or even men's denim jackets.
Acne 460 eur
The luxury purchase I treated myself to this month...
I bought some new Amina Muaddi shoes, and although they are not winter shoes, they are kind of classic. I didn't have any neutral, light brown shoes, so I got these ones. I haven't worn them yet, but I will definitely wear them for my content shooting next week (if it's not raining, as it has been for the last few days here) for sure.

Latest Beauty Hack
I think I've mentioned to you before that most of the time, I do my own eyebrow tint at home. I order it online or buy it in a shop with professional hair product supplies. It's much more efficient this way, since tint in summer lasts on me for around a week and is cheaper. So my recent hack is, while doing the tint, I am using some of it to create freckles on my nose and cheeks using a sharp toothpick. If you're a freckle fan like me, I highly recommend it :)
Beauty Product
I am currently obsessing over is this hair treatment. Yes, it's expensive, and to start with, I was a bit skeptical, so I bought the 5 ml tube for almost 20 euros!! It lasted me for a few uses as I have short hair at the moment (something is cooking ;)), and I was hooked. So now I've purchased the biggest possible size and use it after every hair wash on damp hair (no conditioner prior to this). It's like magic; it works almost like a filler for the hair, filling out dry, weak points with its amino acids. I highly recommend you to try it! I will now be buying their shampoo too; I am obsessed!
Recipe of the week,
After eating my bodyweight in croquettes this summer, I am slowly getting back into routine and eating more of balanced protein and wholesome carbs diet, so we made my favourite this week which is grilled salmon with oranges, fennel salad and brown rice. I have a full recipe on my YouTube, so if you haven’t seen it here its the link.
btw this video makes me miss my white, bright Parisian apartment so much!!
That's all for this week;
I hope you enjoyed it. Just a reminder to make your life simpler: when you click on the photo, you will be directly taken to the website. I hope you are having a fabulous start to the month, and if you have any questions about the outfits above, feel free to DM me.
For next week's newsletter, I am thinking... since very frequently asked question in my DMs is about my fashion, food, and fitness routine, how about I document everything I eat and every workout I do for the next 7 days? Please let me know what you think about this idea in the comments or DM.
Have a great week, and let's catch up soon! xxx
